When a business is too focused on the immediate small cash gain and not on the customer's experience, you know they aren't in it for long. Came to this place to celebrate an event with friends, and there hardly is any crowd yet and they wanted to charged us $15 a person even when we got a bottle service. Just so that we don't ruin the event, we paid and carried on to continue our social fun. Places like this don't deserve my business.
Their arrogance didn't help either. Look elsewhere for better experience. -

The business tried to gain small cash for New Year's Eve and didn't care for customer experience. ($35 cover charge per person was too much)
It was a new year's eve so I didn't expect prompt service. I had to ask the management twice for the food I ordered even though I paid in advance with gouged price.
The first round of drinks we paid $10 per drink which is fine. After an hour I got charged $13 per drink with no explanation.
I ordered another drink waited for a while, the waitress didn't bring the order even if I asked her many times.
I don't think I will visit the establishment again. -

This place is nice but my biggest complaint would be the music playing way too loud every night mostly, when it transforms into a nightclub. In all honesty, this joint should not be within such close proximity to residential housing, which, it is.
Every night, worse during the weekends, the music is playing so dang loud, that from my house, upstairs on the 3rd level just 3 blocks away, the thumping all night long until 2 am is exceedingly and atrociously obnoxious. Like Chinese Water Torture, "thump, thump, thump, thump, thump," all night long.
If the owner(s) have any compassion whatsoever, aside from their desire to obviously make money and keep their business running, I would hope that they would take this into consideration and either retrofit the building to muffle the noise better or entertain some other method that would be from their respect for the community the run their business in and not the greed that otherwise fuels their own personal desire to simply make a buck. -

Very excellent food, and lots of it if you order either the veggie or meat platters. 100% meant for sharing with other people unless you're a beast.
